We are always interested in receiving a resume from a talented candidate, this is stored in our candidate database.
And we naturally follows the applicable rules. The database is physically located in Denmark, which together with Europe has some of the strictest requirements for data storage. And we of course supports both Danish and European legislation.
And we do full-fill: "The Act on Processing of Personal Data (Act No. 429 of 31 May 2000) entered into force on 1 July 2000. The act implements Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
At the same time we fulfil additional requirements, as we attend to various public companies and private companies where there are stricter framework for the access to those informations.
With us, all the data are stored in Rosengren safes in the highest security class and only dedicated consultants have access to this data.
Likewise, there is no connection between our data files and the Internet, and these data are to be stored in the safe also, so that we meet these requirements as well, way over what is the norm.
For security reasons it is not possible to call us and get telephone feedback. If you want this, we need to call you on the number you gave us the day we started to serve your as a client and our advisors need to make sure your identity. This is to ensure you are the person who is related to the information.
